Currently, when attachments are "synced," Unito just adds a link to the attachment (either a direct link or a Unito link that bypasses permissions). However, when issues are closed and then de-synced, we lose the ability to view attachments.

Unito should be able to upload the attachments on each system, as this is already possible via JIRA Rest API.
