Sync removal of values for multi-select and single-select fields in ADO

When a multi/single-select field in another tool has values removed, it would be great if Unito could sync those removals to the mapped multi/single-select field in ADO.

When a custom field value is removed from an item in Wrike, it doesn't get cleared out in Azure DevOps. Users would like to have "null" values detected and sync-removed, especially in cases when these values have been applied by accident.
