Interested in this feature as well – we currently have it transformed to plain text as a one-way sync to Notion.

Would be a much smoother way of turning a select field in another application to a matched linked record in Airtable.

For us, we'd just want to throw the in the field – if it matches, great, if not Airtable will create a new record with that name.
