Jira Service Desk has 2 key out-of-the-box fields that are not visible in Unito - Request Type and Organization. Request Type is the category of ticket a customer opens in a Jira Service Desk, and this is crucial to correctly route/report on tickets.
Organization grants visibility to a customer's entire organization, and this is also crucial for routing/reporting.
