More info on this: Jira Service Desk has 2 types of comments, Internal and External. Internal comments are only visible to Service Desk agents and users with access to the Jira project backend. External comments are published to the customers.

Currently, Unito does not have a way to filter the comments by type, meaning that Internal Comments are flowing from vendor to client.

We need a way to sync ONLY external comments.
