Add the Add + list to the trigger jira sync.

Use case: The clickup<>Jira sync is monitoring a specific list in clickup. Currently only tickets that are part of the list are synced. A very common use case in clickup is to have a tickets belong to a different list and adding it to another list. If I sync list A and I have a ticket created on list B and I add it using the Add+ field to List A it won't be synced to Jira. You can read more about it in support case #2047112994
