Currently, when defining the criteria in rules, users must select each and every possible value to filter the data. This process can become quite cumbersome, especially when adding new values to the system. A more efficient method would be to allow users to filter out null or blank values within the rules options.

Proposed Solution:

Include an additional functionality in the rules that would enable users to filter out nulls/blanks for specific fields. As an example, users could select to display stories where the 'epic' field is not null or blank by a simple tick-box or a drop-down menu option.
