Not having Freshdesk was a showstopper for our use case. We wanted to sync Jira and Freshdesk (for customer support requests via our help desk into the development team) as well as sync Asana and Freshdesk (for customer product features and ideas submitted via our help desk to our product and marketing teams in Asana). We will have to use getint.io instead of Unito since they support Freshdesk today.
