It's common for time to be encoded in date fields via the API. Currently, you can modify the format of these dates in a Google spreadsheet by opening the sheet, then selecting Format > Number > Custom date and time. However, having this functionality directly within the flow builder would be a beneficial enhancement. This would offer more control over the format of these values and eliminate the manual work involved.
