Feature requests

A limitation of the Salesforce integration is that closed status objects cannot be synced or remain in sync, even if our flows enable "Open or archived" syncing; it would be ideal if this were no longer the case! :smile:

It would be great if I were able to sync with custom objects in Unito's Salesforce integration; our workflow implements custom objects that are critical to our operations and being able to sync them to other tools to collaborate across teams would be wonderful.

Would like to be able to map/multi-map the Lead Status field to statuses within other tools. Moreover, it would be great if I could utilize the Lead Status field in the conditions of flow rules, allowing users to create a synced item if some leads hit a certain status.

As a service team member, I would like to be able to bidirectionally sync a case to a bug or new feature in Jira so I can be aware of ongoing items that were submitted by our clients in salesforce.

Right now, you can only sync contacts one-way out from Salesforce. In use cases where users need to import contact from GSheets, Forms, another CRM/PM tool into Salesforce, they need Unito to be able able to create new contacts.

Be able to create an account in Salesforce via Unito so that Salesforce opportunities can also be created when syncing from other sources (Gsheets, etc). Right now you need an account in Salesforce to create an opportunity which is adding manual work to create that account before syncing. Thank you for considering! :)
